  • To generate your AI try-on results and store them in your history (contract performance).

  • Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record for payments, billing, tax, and invoicing.

5. Retention

We keep account and generation data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days, except where retention is required to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Where data is transferred outside your country of residence, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

7. Your rights
